Abstract

The study included 81 patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma with extranodal involvement who were under observation and treatment from 2015 to 2021. During the six-year follow-up period, despite receiving the same treatment, the five-year survival rate was 60.5% for the 81 patients under our observation. Among them, 32 (39.5%) patients had a fatal outcome due to the progression of the pathological process during treatment. This study was conducted to investigate the reasons for the unfavorable outcome of the disease. By identifying and influencing the factors that affect the final result, we aim to improve the long-term treatment outcomes.
